Marc Richards, Realtor
I am Marc Richards, an experienced Realtor with Equity Real Estate. I grew up near Los Angeles until I joined the US Army at 17 years old. I served with the 3rd Infantry Division as a Combat Medic for 5 years and was deployed to Iraq for 2 years. After my honorable discharge in 2008 I attended college in California where I earned my Associates Degree in Wildland Fire Technology and pursued a career as a firefighter with the Salt Lake City Fire Department. I left the department in 2011 and met my wife, Cassie, shortly after. We were wed in 2014 and settled down in Clinton, UT. Since then we have traveled all over and had a son. I am currently in the process of attaining degrees in Business and Political Science. I recently left Century 21 to pursue new business ventures.
A career in real estate became my passion after we purchased our first home. Our Realtor turned a stressful experience into one that we can look back on and smile. She encouraged me to seek my real estate license and after much contemplation, my wife and I decided this would be a great idea. I have always had a heart for helping those who need it. I like to think that I bring the same level of intensity and professionalism to real estate that I displayed on the battlefield. I am here to help you get the best deal, whether you are selling your longtime home or buying your first. I have the knowledge and resources to protect you from those that would try to take advantage of you.
Give me a call to set up an appointment and let me help usher you into the next big stage in your life.
